Rho announced Lysa Triantafillou and Matt Healy have joined as director of quality assurance and vice president, clinical operations, respectively, at its headquarters in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Triantafillou is a leader in the clinical research industry, with more than 20 years of experience, including 15 years leading regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Healy brings more than 22 years of clinical research experience with specializations in CNS, gastroenterology, hepatology and oncology.
As director of quality assurance, Triantafillou will provide technical expertise and solutions to both internal and external customers. She will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout Rho and for mentoring QA teammates. As vice president, clinical operations, Healy will lead a growing team of clinical research professionals and uphold Rho’s high standards of practice.

Triantafillou joins Rho most recently from Social & Scientific Systems in Durham, NC, where she served as director, regulatory and quality management systems. In her previous roles she has led a top independent IRB through the AAHRPP re- accreditation process and served as the head of the Human Research Protection Program as well as making significant contributions to business growth and development.
Healy most recently worked for Premier Research in Charlotte, North Carolina. His experience includes 22 years of site coordination and management, clinical monitoring, clinical team management, clinical operations management, and leadership of the clinical management department.
