Voisin Consulting and iQone Healthcare Form Partnership for Commercialization Services in Switzerland

Voisin Consulting Life Sciences, a global healthcare product development consultancy, and iQone Healthcare, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on pharmaceutical distribution, sales, marketing and contract services in Europe, have announced a partnership to provide biotech and pharmaceutical companies with integrated commercialization services in Switzerland.

“This partnership is the result of the experience integrating our regulatory, market access, medical, distribution, marketing and sales capabilities for a number of common clients over the last years,” said VCLS Founder and CEO Emmanuelle M. Voisin, Ph.D. “It was our common clients who encouraged us to join forces in order to provide seamless services across many functions.”

This partnership enables VCLS and iQone Healthcare to jointly manage all activities related to marketing in Switzerland, from obtaining market approval and establishing price and reimbursement from Swiss Authorities, importing the product, building pharmacovigilance and medical information systems, through to raising awareness about the medicine and administering sales.

“Most pharmaceutical companies are targeting Switzerland as part of the first set of countries for launching innovative medicines, alongside Europe and the United States,” said Laurent Massuyeau, iQone Healthcare President. “The question is then: do I build the local capabilities required for marketing, from the management of the regulatory process, through to the creation of a fully functional sales, marketing and medical team?
