axialNETWORK offers health plans and referring providers a directory and geo-access mapping of high-performing practitioners and facilities providing quality treatment for OUD.
axialPRACTICE equips practitioners with proprietary care pathways approved by axialHealthcare’s Scientific Advisory Board, comprised of experts in pain management and addiction, to diagnose OUD, taper opioids and provide medication-assisted treatment for patients.
axialPATIENT engages patients with OUD through a digital application that provides access to supplemental care and support resources inclusive of axialHealthcare’s clinical care management.
These solutions are further augmented by axialHealthcare’s in-house team of pharmacists who provide ongoing consultative outreach to practitioners and patients to ensure safe and effective care for patients with or at risk of suffering from OUD.
