PAREXEL announced for the second time, its randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) service, ClinPhone RTSM, has been ranked as the leader of Interactive Response Technology (IRT), according to a global survey of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies by Industry Standard Research (ISR). ClinPhone RTSM was also cited as the most preferred and widely used IRT solution.
According to the report 40 percent of respondents consider PAREXEL’s ClinPhone RTSM to be a leader in the IRT marketplace, significantly outscoring the second place supplier (21 percent). ClinPhone RTSM was also ranked the highest in terms of preference, with 26 percent of respondents naming the product as their application of choice. The benchmark report, which surveys 107 biopharmaceutical professionals across North America, Europe and Asia, cited the user-friendliness of the IRT application as a key preference driver.
