Rentschler Fill Solutions GmbH, a CMO and expert for aseptic fill and finish services, announced the appointment of Dr. Margit Klotz as General Manager Operations, effective August 1, 2018. In this newly created position, Dr. Klotz will be in charge of Process Development & Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering. Harald Henninger, as Managing Director alongside Reinhold Elsaesser responsible for concept and set-up of the company since mid-2016, will leave Rentschler Fill Solutions following the successful handover of the completed facility.

Dr. Klotz joins Rentschler Fill Solutions from German Rentschler Biopharma SE, where she held positions of increasing responsibility over the last ten years, most recently as Vice President, managing the Aseptic Filling unit. Dr. Klotz provides more than twenty years of experience in aseptic filling in international biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. She studied chemistry in Ulm, Germany, and obtained her PhD in molecular genetics.
