Kindeva Names Chief Legal Officer

Kindeva announced the appointment of Mike Cowhig to the role of Chief Legal Officer, to drive legal strategy, enterprise risk management and corporate governance across the organization.

Bringing over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Mike has previously held several Senior Leadership positions, including divisional General Counsel, highlighting his extensive expertise in successfully managing large-scale manufacturing projects across diverse markets whilst upholding the highest ethical business practices.

As part of his role, Mike will be responsible for aligning legal initiatives with Kindeva’s growth objectives, nurturing customer relations, and providing legal counsel for business-critical challenges. In addition to evolving Kindeva’s compliance program in the face of regulatory changes and managing all aspects of global corporate governance. 

“Having previously worked closely with a diverse range of organizations with complex operations, I have a great insight into the commercial and governance risks associated with contract manufacturing,” Mike said of the appointment. “Deeply understanding Kindeva’s customers whilst fostering a culture grounded in quality and trust will be essential to ensuring our high-performing legal and compliance teams continue to set new standards across the sector.”
