PharmaLogic, Ratio Therapeutics Expand Manufacturing Pact for [Ac-225]RTX-2358

PharmaLogic Holdings has expanded its manufacturing collaboration with Ratio Therapeutics to support clinical development and future commercialization readiness for Ratio’s lead therapeutic candidate, [Ac-225]RTX-2358. The program targets fibroblast activation protein-alpha (FAP) in FAP-expressing tumors.

Under the expanded agreement, PharmaLogic will increase manufacturing capacity for [Ac-225]RTX-2358 at its Idaho Falls therapeutics facility to broaden clinical supply. The collaboration will also cover process enhancements aimed at enabling larger-scale, multi-dose batch production, with the goal of supporting ongoing and future clinical studies and positioning the therapy for later-stage and potentially registrational evaluation.

“Our expanded role in the development of [Ac-225]RTX-2358 reflects the depth of manufacturing expertise PharmaLogic has built to support innovative radiopharmaceutical programs,” said Etienne Montagut, president and chief executive officer of PharmaLogic. He noted that the company has invested in infrastructure and scalability capabilities to advance programs toward pivotal trials and commercial supply, and said adding the Idaho Falls facility to this effort is part of that strategy.

Jack Hoppin, chief executive officer of Ratio, said the broader collaboration is an important step in the company’s manufacturing strategy for [Ac-225]RTX-2358 as it moves through clinical development. He emphasized that reliable, redundant, and scalable manufacturing is essential for radiopharmaceutical therapeutics, particularly those based on actinium-225, and described PharmaLogic as a strong partner in supporting Ratio’s clinical programs and preparation for potential commercial supply.
