Kindeva announced the appointment of Brok Weichbrodt as Chief Transformation Officer to strengthen operational excellence, scale execution, and accelerate growth as the company enters the next phase of its value creation plan.
With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector, Brok has led large-scale transformation, built high-performing teams, and delivered complex operational programs. He previously played a key role in scaling Genezen from a viral vector start-up into a specialist CDMO, including executing 35 Drug product PPQ campaigns and commercializing 21 advanced programs. In this role, Brok will define and lead Kindeva’s transformation roadmap, aligning strategy with execution across operations, supply chain, and engineering across all business units. He will ensure Kindeva continues to scale effectively in a highly regulated environment, while delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers and patients.
