Scinai Immunotherapeutics has signed a development and clinical manufacturing agreement carrying approximately $5.1 million in committed base service fees with a U.S.-based, Nasdaq-listed biopharmaceutical company.
The agreement, executed through subsidiary Scinai Biopharma Services, expands an existing customer engagement for an investigational oncology product. Development work is underway in 2026, with clinical manufacturing planned to begin in January 2027.
Services include process and analytical development, manufacturing readiness, activities supporting an investigational new drug application, clinical manufacturing, stability testing and development of a prefilled-syringe presentation.
Scinai expects the committed services to contribute revenue during 2026 and 2027 as performance obligations are satisfied. Stability services will continue beyond 2027. The commitment remains subject to performance, contractual terms and applicable termination rights.
The agreement brings committed customer orders across Scinai’s Jerusalem and Yavne operations to approximately $7.6 million, up from $1.9 million at year-end 2025 and approximately $3.1 million reported in August 2026.
Advance and milestone payments are expected to support project cash flow and working capital.
Potential additional clinical manufacturing for late 2027 through the first half of 2028 carries an indicative service-fee value of $5.85 million. Those activities are uncommitted and excluded from the initial agreement value and committed customer orders.
Additional work depends on final scope and pricing, written authorization, manufacturing capacity and the customer’s development and regulatory progress. The estimate excludes certain unpriced scale-up, qualification and initial manufacturing activities, along with project-related costs.
Scinai will separately bill approved project costs. No commercial supply volumes or related revenue are committed under the relationship.
