Frontage Laboratories, Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of the Bioanalytical and Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics businesses of Accelera S.r.l (Accelera) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Frontage Europe S.r.l. Accelera, a Contract Research Organization situated in Nerviano within Italy's Lombardy region, is part of the globally recognized NMS Group S.p.A., known for delivering discovery & preclinical studies and clinical bioanalysis to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, academic institutions, and healthcare stakeholders.
Dr. Abdul Mutlib, CEO of Frontage, expressed the significance of this achievement in the 23-year history of Frontage Laboratories, establishing a base in continental Europe. The acquisition is seen as a strategic move, positioning Frontage in Europe and intending to expand its service areas on the continent.
